wow, this patcher guy has a lot of faith in Sony it seems. I see the 400 dollar price point helping Sony of course but I dont see it helping as much as he thinks with the likes of Halo around the corner. Also though, if the price drop was true and Sony dropped it at TGS, it would be a little before Halo's release which then would make a killing and I guess would work in Sony's hands.

Well we wont know untill TGS actually hits and Sony and Nintendo rolls out their big news....but I really doubt 360 is going to make it anywhere in Japan soon.....Their doing worse over their than what the PS3 is doing here.....
I just started messing around with the remote play stuff since i just got a psp and i got to say that it amazed the h*** out of me that the ps3/psp can do what it can do. I never thought that i would be able to connect to my console from anywhere in the world and even play games from my console through my psp. Can the 360 do anything like that? Sony never ceases to amaze me with technology and they always raise the bar when it comes to home entertainment. Sony is definitely in for the long ha...
Everything the PS3 does, the 360 can do, if I CHOOSE to buy them. HD-DVD drive...check, additional memory...check, HDMI connection....check, WI-FI...Check.

I bet all their games are now being published by M$. That will be the announcment....or that all the games are going to be 360 exclusives....

Got to admit though, with the price of the ps3 and all the s*** sony has been getting since day one of the launch of the ps3, their getting decent sales. I was really worried about them witht he ps3 launch, but their catching up. Their really going to have to work hard now since M$ is getting all of this support from Japan now.....I'm still p***ed at Tecmo for what they did....

Ive played Halo 1 and 2 multiplayer and enjoyed it, but ive got to admit. Ive always thought that the gameplay was too slow and I would find myself getting bored fast. Then again im used to playing games like Unreal and Quake where the gameplay is much faster. Im sure i wont play halo 3 for a while but i hope they would bump up the gameplay pace a bit......another thing is, whats the deal with no dedicated servers?
I think its funny how you take stabs at Sony "fanboys" everytime you comment on something......and really, your just like every other "fanboy" out their....annoying.
I dont know about cartoonish but ive heard a lot of people say stuff like the armor is too shiny which it kine of does but really they have to do something to distinguish the players from the environment around them i guess.
The game does look really good. im sure they could make them much better, but im sure their aiming for fast gameplay without a hitch of frame rate issues and lag.
