It seems Europe and Japan go back in forth when it comes to Nintendo's best selling IPs. Europe may get just a few 100K+ than Japan on one game, and vice versa. HOWEVER, it's North America that rakes in the most. Some, NA sales double that of Japan sales, and some are 1-3 million more than Japan sales. Even Zelda doesn't sell much in Japan compared to the US.
SMBU still has sold less than a mil in Japan. There's slightly a few more Wii Us sold since then, but ...
I don't know if everyone feels the same, but a lot of people, including me, want this guy to replace Don Mattrick, and not some woman who did nothing for Xbox and some other dude. Sony's got IdolM@sters exclusive to PS4 now. No way Xbone will ever gain footing now. JRPGs (they even got a new Star Ocean and Tales of Vesperia as exclusives!) did jack squat to their image in Japan during the X360's early years. I highly doubt they'll spend that much effort in Japan anymore, despite now having a team based in Osaka.

I'm a proud Trophy Wohore, but if it means disabling trophies for some crazy GTA cheats, then so be it. A game like GTA, it's best to just fool around and use cheats to unlock tanks and whatnot and cause even greater havoc! Plus, I don't think I'll platinum GTAV anyways. The hardest GTAIV trophy I got was for beating the game in less than 30 hours, and I had enough of that.

Shiny Dialga/Palkia/Giratina can be found during normal gameplay. You just gotta be extremely lucky for one to show.
Anyways, I've already got two of each of my Shiny Dialga and Palkia. Will download Giratina when me and my friend pick up X and Y (I'm getting Y). I hope they unlock something special, much like the Shiny Legendary Beasts did...
