A man gives props for being brave enough to nominate The Order, I liked it a lot and it didn't deserve the assassination it got by the media. Heck, my friend watched me play it and the next week he bought a PS4 just for it (anecdotal I know but still).
Tough decision.
Bloodborne
The Witcher
Rocket League
Until Dawn
MGSV
Fallout 4
(and from the looks of it) Just Cause 3
This is my short list.
It would have been MGSV hands down if it weren't for it having the worst story in the series (when I was expecting it to be the best and as a huge MGS fanboy it was disappointing).
Fallout 4 I think may be just too similar to 3 to w...
"MS/CD really did an incredible job."
Let's be real, CD did the work, leave MS out of it.
Or are you gonna say MS did a great job next year when it's on Sony's console?
So original.
Only comments I ever see here that get hidden are ones that say bad things about X1.
Are you from the first half of last gen?
They can't afford to give MS timed DLC this time, because this time they'd be alienating most of their player base.
Yeah, it's definitely something they messed up in the patch, I was fine before it.
Since this patch on PS4, I keep crashing after finishing a match.
Yep, the title is obviously designed to start comparisons between TR and Uncharted which will obviously lead to flame wars.
Author knew what he was doing.
2 machines, don't forget 360
I might get this game when it comes to ps+ in a couple years. No rush
You're right I think. Only wishful thinking is making people think that this gen will be shorter than last gen but it has every chance of lasting as long if not longer.
Let's just put it here so people don't need to click out.
On PS4, look at the item and hold X instead of pressing it, you can then move it around.
On X1 I'll assume it's hold A.
On PC I assume you hold the left mouse button.
"All the good game are multiplatform"
In no universe is this true.
Less huge for those of us who want new games.
I'll get disagreed to hell and back but as nice as BC is, I wish people would stop overstating it's importance. It was there last gen and the gen before and nobody gushed over it like they seem to be doing now.
I really hope Sony focus on more new features like Shareplay rather than giving into fan demand for BC simply because x1 can do it now.
New experiences > old experiences.
Where is next gen?
I've seen nothing on PC more impressive than console exclusives. The Order's visuals are the best of any 3rd person shooter out there. Driveclub's are the best of any racer out there (and are still getting better with updates). Until Dawn is frequently stunning. And near future games like Quantum Break and Uncharted 4 will raise that bar even higher.
If Beth were a better dev, F4 would be running in 1080/60 on both consoles.
They're just awful at the technical side of game creation, great with everything else though.
I remember reading years ago an interview with I think it was Howard, where he said they themselves don't feel like they're good game devs when they can't implement something like climbing a ladder (from what I can see in F4 so far, ladder climbing still isn't a thing, a weird issue) without a loading screen.
Doesn't have the same impact when it's a couple of nobodies vs Shuhei and Boyes.
"Everybody is making a big fuss over Fallout 4. Game of the year contender, perfect scores across the board"
It's actually been reviewing lower than expected.
Considering this this is "xbox's greatest lineup ever" you'd expect them to be in the top 3 not 20.
