It’s cool and all but regardless what happens it’s competition was ps4 and WiiU which was another 8th gen system that came out a year or two earlier than ps4 and Xbox but easily got passed with only one year on the market ps4 and Xbox didn’t have much to pass the Wii U only had 5 to 6 million lead

Sony first party don’t sell as well as third party because when people buy a PlayStation or even a Xbox they buy it mostly for 3rd party games not for exclusives
Look at every chart that announce sales I’m talking about NPD or media create or Famitsu or European charts
When you look at the chart look at PlayStation only chart so you can see top 10 best selling games on Sony and then look at the top 10 on Xbox
I rather collect the profit gen 8 is over they focus should be collect the profits from gen 8 and sell gen 9 system at a loss to catch up to the switch as quickly as they can this not Wii U situation like before

But it’s not new for Nintendo I had the Nintendo DS and then the Nintendo DSi, then you got the 3DS and it had a upgrade too
I do get your point tho although Nintendo did mid gen upgrade first they never added as much power as Xbox did with the Xbox one X so it’s a difference With Nintendo and them

It’s actually better than those controllers more modern hd rumble which Sony announce ps5 will use it also have 40 hour battery life which no other controller have and have every other feature of the joycon beside IR
It’s worth the cost the other older controllers not so much but it’s good all future controllers will have hd rumble I love it better than regular rumble
