No matter what you do it’s part of the family so the sales will count just like when Sony add vita sales with Sony sales in the beginning
Vita died once Sony forget about me and focus only on my ps4
It died a second time when Nintendo allow you to get your own memory card

You have a long wait nintendo don’t upgrade their system until 3 to 4 years later
3ds and 3ds xl didn’t get new components until 3 years later with new 3DS’s and new 3ds xl
2ds didn’t get new components until 2ds xl which came 4 years later
Ds lite didn’t get new components until dsi which took 4 years
2022 earliest but I want to say 2021 maybe Nintendo break the time they do a revision and make it happen one year less

I thought about getting it on ps4 but I had a family event other day and switch was life of the party mortal Kombat Mario kart dragonball fighting game n etc

You judge games on graphics too much, this game longer than the games that you do like with nice graphics over 70 hours of gameplay lots of places to see
I prefer getting money worth vs good graphics but only last 15 hours

So Nintendo started 9th gen early By time the other systems come they will have a 50 million or more head start

Nintendo cater to 2/3 of the market now, once the pro come they got a system for everyone
Handheld only for those who live the handheld life
Regular switch for those who like the hybrid life
And pro switch for those who like to play on the tv only will be next in 2021

Cellphone carry it because they pay to be able to use it.......why waste money on that feature, same as why should Nintendo have to pay to use a HDMI out on the switch lite.......saves them money in the long run
