My facts of CoD in no particular order...
(That they don't want you to know)
1. Lag is not only caused by your connection but BY the ENGINE itself. Meaning if you play offline or system to system you will still see LAG. Also transitional animations such as "going to prone" and "jumping" are invincible to attacks because the engine can not keep up with the speeds of online gameplay.
2. The engine of CoD was created in the 90'...

You see, this is a problem that big companies who didn't start as a game developer would have... They don't have the legacy nor started with pure game creativeness/experience in developing a brand of their own for gamers.. So when they buy all these devs and try to control them and their brands, the dev's brand "normally" dies... UNLESS the parent company allows them to grow on their own but only supplying money and resources.. Rare hasn't birthed a GREAT game YET......
