i personally think a lot of you guys are focused on the wrong elements here... who about sharper more detailed textures and higher poly counts.. animations are way more important and gameplay is just even more important.. but i think are lacking in this game.. the AI looks almost brain dead and the transitional animations are rushed and or horrible... its obvious that this game is being rushed so that can be launch title..

No it doesn't... The maps are still too big..
1. BF will never beat CoD.. Reason being that CoD is way easier to just jump in and pick and play.. And do well. There's a steeper learning curve with BF than CoD.
2. BF is very slow paced and open. I mean you can literally run around (un-purposefully) and not find opponents to gun down for chucks of MINUTES at a time.. CoD is quite the opposite.. You are instantly rushed into battle or the fight will come to you one way or another...

How dare you even mention a game like Madden??? "Visuals" aren't just images but also those same images in motion... And still til this day Madden's animation are sub par to this gen...
It renders in 60 fps but OMG those are STILL the most stiff, robotic, non detailed animations in football gaming...

Developing Trip A titles had BAD BUSINESS WRITTEN ALL OVER IT... But I can't deny they are good for gamers as long as DLC and Microtransations aren't being abused and of course are good games.
Whenever a dev has to spend an insane amount of money to just make a game and then promote it w/o a guaranteed payoff to break even or make a profit, there will always be problems and uncertainty.
Nintendo was always smart to stay away from making all there game...
if close quarters ''game mode'' isn't in the game from the start then dice fails again and is just out right stubborn and stupid... though they are pretty good devs.. this mode is needed to compete properly with the horrible cod.. cod continues to out sale bf3 because its very pick up and play not because its a better game... im a cod fan and i admit that... but if dice would like people to buy their game rather than get the worse game (cod) then they'd better wisen up...
