BotW will sell Switches like crazy. MO will sell Switches like insanely!!! The Switch is looking like a pure success. Wii success?? Probably not, but MUSH BETTER than the WiiU.
Its mind blowing because that small device is the whole console. That console is very powerful for its size as a handheld and console. Fast RMX can run 4 player split screen @ 1080p 60fps when docked. 4 PLAYER SPLIT SCREEN. That's wild! I wonder what this console can do. Miyamoto, stated that ANY game made based on PC can be ported over to the Switch in about a year... Wow. This system will have a lot of software.
It only looks bigger because everything else around the screen is smaller. Also the screen is much brighter.
Hmmm, I would hold off on all of that, I hope it does. That would be awesome for Nintendo.
So, the Switch is able to do VR, the online will only cost people $27-$17 A YEAR, is powerful enough to play some games 1080p @ 60fps and powerful enough to do that during 4 player SPLIT SCREEN... Yeah Why hate on that???? Not mention the game cards will feature very FAST loading times. the Switch will be a beast!!
All of the elements you described will be in almost ALL games. Maybe the draw distance might be a little different. But not different enough to warrant a rebuy of a game and system.

I think Nintendo might be a thorn, but not so much for MS. I have xb1s, plan to buy a Switch and maybe will buy a ps4 pro when I get a 4k TV and a price drop for the Pro. With that being said The scorpio will FLOP until the price comes down, (rumored to be $550). It's not even true 4k and people at MS are saying wait until you see the games, then go pre order or buy. They didn't make games for the Wii U was because of system architecture and sales. Simple as that. No dev was willing to invest on supporting a port for the Wii U because the had to completely rewrite their games not because of raw power but because of how the system was actually made. Also why invest in a system with a small install base? Love that comment? Much more informed than your dumb rhetoric...
We really shouldn't focus on Specs... This system will be powerful enough and the games should be the focal point.
Do you know how BIG Zelda BotW is? And it run at solid 30 fps (im sure)... Skyrim remake is 1080 and SMALLER than BotW... But let me guess you think a system that is protable should MORE powerful than the PS4? As long as games can run on the system smoothly and remain beautiful, it's an IMPRESSIVE WIN for Nintendo.

Precisely! Maybe 40-70 million world wide in 4-5 years is very possible. Maybe more if Nintendo can get more 3rd party games which I know they will. In any case I'm just happy to be getting New Nintendo software. But hey 3rd party games maybe be better on Switch because on the load times and portability.
