I don't think anything has ever gottten me more excited during an E3 than when I saw the megaton that was Titanfall gameplay reveal at the end of MS conference.
Sure they tend to release most games in fall, but not next year. Recore is coming out in Spring and looks like Quantum Break will probably release early next year as well according to this tweet. I also remember MS exclusive Titanfall releasing in March.
"We don't even know what that game is yet" We do know that Recore is being developed by creators of Metroid Prime and MegaMan. That's enough info for me to know it's a HUGE IP.
I can imagine the pressure. This is the most requested remake/remaster in gaming history. Now that this, Killer Instinct and Shenmue are out of the way only big game left to bring back is HL3. But that's never coming.
Don't get me wrong there are plenty of other titles that need to come back too like Left 4 Dead 3, Timespliitters, Conker, Banjo-Kazzoie, and I guess Crimson Skies even though I don't know that game but keep hearing it.
Huge multiplayer guy here. This game looks awesome. Sucks it couldn't arrive at launch to replace the disaster that was Ghosts. I'll be too busy this year with Gears and Halo. At least I won't be buying any CoD.
Guess I'll buy it mid-next next year like I did with Titanfall and Evolve.
Last year for me was AW and MCC. AW was pretty good (3 days played) not gonna lie, and I LOVED Evolve (110 hours played) but MCC (154 hours played) is the game ...
I'm not going to keep arguing with a potato in every article. Next time you argue with someone please don't make your posts so predictable. If GTA5 was exclusive to X1 you would say it looks horrendous. If Halo 5 sold more than CoD you would say it failed miserably. If that's truly your opinion then cool bro, you win. And you'll win every time, which is cool.
@Repjaws Cause dude said Horizon is generations ahead of anything else. I disagree. Problem?
@Master Then I guess the only comparison there is to make is Witcher 3 since there isn't much, in which case Horizon wins. But isn't tomb raider open world since you can roam around and search tombs?
Off topic: Weren't there a lot of people constantly making graphical comparisons with DC and FH2 even though one was linear the other open wor...
Typical "something is not right". I have an incredible hatred towards conspiracy theorists. Especially those neckbearded ones.
EDIT: Just read the article. Crap, it's Aaron Greenberg. This guy's a clown. I can easily read this guy every time. The whole purpose of his post is not to let people think "rehearsals are going well", it's try to tell others Kimiya is happy with MS. They probably are, but no need to desperately convince us just like e...
Don't understand what's holding them back. Interesting.
They should get this date out of the way so they can focus on the Xbox release date! Is it still timed exclusive as announced or did Sony pull a Titanfall and make it a full time exclusive?
I get what you're saying and agree to a certain degree. But still, if they were that talented I don't think all the publishers would choose to ignore them. They just have keep working on it until they're talented enough. Cause it's not like there're Naughty Dogs laying around asking for everyone's money. And if I'm going to donate they better be devs like Naughty Dog, so you get the idea.
Kickstarters are dumb cash-grabs. Unless you're an indie dev, game development funding are what publishers are for. If you don't have enough talent to convince a publisher you definitely don't have enough talent to make games. Lmao @ these untalented devs begging for my money. Go earn your own money.
Also I understand Shenmue kickstarter's purpose was to see if gamers are interested, so they're the only exception.
First of all, PS2 actually sold 150 million in 5 years and 9 months. Which is = to 69 months. Go ahead and look it up. The mistake was that I said +6 months instead of +9 months, the fact remains from my original post that PS2 sold said units in said time frame.
The hilarious part is, you do realize that if it really was 66 instead of 69, that this would help my argument and the article's argument more? Are you really this bad at math?????? Even m...
Dude, you're the same guy that said Forza Horizon 2 sold less than 500k. You come up with some number in your head to fit your agenda and post it as if it's fact.
And even if ROTTR doesn't sell well, Crystal Dynamics has made enough money already from MS, so they should be good. Cause remember: Crystal Dynamics said the last tomb raider didn't sell enough shortly before partnering wit...
If Xbox Own owners had to choose one or the other, then it depends. If you like action-adventure games more than RPGS, then get Tomb Raider and vice versa.
I'm a Fallout 3 fan so I think I'll go with Fallout 4. Wait a second, can't I just get both? Yes I can! Isn't that amazing.. Both are incredible games, and I'll be playing BOTH this holiday.
PS4 sold what, 23 million in 19 months? I know they shipped 25mil so let's say they sold 23mil. PS2 sold 150 million units in 5 years and 6 months, which is 69 months. I don't feel like explaining the rest so you figure it out.
So if you do the math you'll clearly see that if PS4 keeps selling at this rate then yes, it will not catch up to PS2 unfortunately.
Games, games, games. Actually, games games games games games games games.
Can't wait for Crackdown 3 gameplay. Also extremely interested in Scalebound, not just cause of the trailer, but cause incredible talent behind it: creators of Resident Evil 2, Bayonetta, Viewtiful joe, Devil May Cry, and Okami.
