GTA4 was just a poor effort on their behalf. i expected next-gen for a next-gen console but got the same game with a worse open-world feeling than the previous. a large amount of vanishing and popup negatively impacts immersion in an open world game. i found gears and uncharted 2 to both be boring and linear.

i wouldn't say awful, just weird. the cars are rarely standing still to notice too much.
no game is perfect, any game can be criticised, but according to fanboys and girls this is not the case with GT5.

give me an FPS / RTS fusion done properly please... then you'll get my RTS money. give me the option to zoom into a first person view of any soldier on the battleground with the ability to get in any vehicle. would also make a great co-op or team game.

they are really trittons, which i already have. they are ok but the mic is rubbish on mine. these should be better.
3D requires a faster refresh rate than is currently available. if you believe the 3D manufacturers then that is your own fault and if you understood the tech you would know why. it has to do with each eye receiving an image not just from a different angle (ie slow moving or stationary objects), but also different position if it is moving fast. now our current refresh rates are too slow despite what 3D manufacturers tell you and all you get is semi solid objects at fast speeds.
