Does it only happen in America? Pretty much, due to the parents here not teaching their kids the difference between right/wrong like they should be (and they're instead simply restricting access).
Do Americans deserve to never play games again? No.
I hate how whenever these things pop up, people are quick to blame the video games. It's not just the video games. Even the most violent video games will not affect any sensible person whatsoever. If they grow up with abusive parents or other screwed up childhoods, then yeah, they're emotionally unstable and the violence could very well sway themselves to being more violent.
But the point is, if you're a reasonable person, video games don't affect you whatsoev...
This is bullshit. This article spins what actually happened to make it seem like he's permanently blocked off from his game. Here's what's wrong with that:
1. The fact that he was banned from his in-game account as well is because someone reported him for another reason.
2. It's only a 72-hour ban
3. His post contained religious content that obviously offended someone, which is why he received the forum ban.
Markus (Notch) has previously stated that he's OK with people pirating Minecraft, as long as they end up telling other people about it, which causes more people to buy it. And coincidentally, this is usually what ends up happening, as well as the pirate ending up buying the game.
What's with the hashtag? We're not on Twitter, you silly goose.
MAG has vehicles, just not to the level that Battlefield has.
Go ahead, and I hope someone reports you for an "offensive emblem". It doesn't offend me, it's just immature. I make it a note to always report the immature kids with these kinds of emblems.
I loved Guild Wars, and it seems that I'm going to be playing it again this weekend. ^_^
You lost all credibility at the beginning of your statement. That is, when you said MW3 would be the best FPS.
Battlefield I agree on, however.
Three of the things on this list Guerrilla has already confirmed will be coming in a patch very soon, as well as custom games again.
It also likely means that the PS3 will receive free DLC.
I agreed with you up until you called Treyarch horrible developers. I agree that the game is messed up performance wise, but that doesn't mean they're terrible developers overall. Besides, the biggest problem of why Infinity Ward and Treyarch and any other developers don't make as good games is because they work under Activision. Activision forces ridiculous release times on them, doesn't allow them to support their community well (free map packs/more maps, etc.), and just gen...
Well of course there is, Notch himself uses an Android phone.
It works on Mac, Windows, and Linux, or any other platform that can run Java -- which is practically everything.
It's likely that the Android version will come first, as he was already testing it a while back. He mentioned it on his Twitter. It's not news that mobile versions will be coming, as like I said, he's already mentioned it on his Twitter several times.
You've got it completely flipped from what it actually is, it seems. All I hear from conservatives is how WikiLeaks should be censored, the FCC should have control over internet access, and other bullshit such as this.
Call of Duty's spawn system has never been worth anything. It has always been absolute crap.
It's not the best version, just the best version on consoles. The PC version will still be the best, thanks to mod support and such.
Although, you DO get the PC version with the PS3 version for free... So I suppose you could consider it the best version because of that. ;)

It isn't Treyarch or IW's engine. It's an outdated version of the id Tech engine, tweaked a bit for Call of Duty. Both companies helped make the COD engine what it is today (Treyarch = physics, IW = eye candy), but it still will never compare to Frostbite 2.0.
