DD ftw! Best doggy ever in games.
Lots of games have repetitive mission structures. It shouldn't matter if the core is repetitive, because TPP gives you so many ways to tackle the objective so it feels fresh each time.
Of course if you do it the same way every time, then it can be bothersome.
Yeah some of the cassette tapes sound very incredible and I wished too they were in cutscenes :). TPP has some things I don't like, but it still is amazing game :D.
But to be honest, for me MGS3 maybe still remains the best story I've ever experienced in games. It was a bit different in TPP than I thought. I wonder how it will feel to go play older MGS later because the gameplay is much more limited in them ;).
I couldn't have said it any better.
It is good for Kojima, so he can finally do other projects he has wanted to do for a long time. I find it hard to imagine more MG coming and to be honest, don't want to see them without Kojima developing it.
But if Konami ever continues it, maybe it will be good and maybe I see more Outer Heaven and Zanzibar Land.
MGS2 and MGS4 divided fans too, but both were also very well reviewed. MGSV is maybe a 10 for me. The story feels different, or oddly paced because of the open world structure.
But I still love it very much and the gameplay is pure magic. Haven't had so much fun in a while. There are things I miss from older MGS, like Snake talking more, although I think the more silent one works too. Also the more tight packed story, but it maybe worked like it because of linearity and k...
No.
There are other ways to play stealthy too and the point of stealth in MGS is to remain unseen, so crawling is necessary. You don't go running around in real life either all the time.
It is to me and it has some of the best moments I've seen in games. Some very emotional ones too.
Good advices coming straight from our Biggu Bossu.
Of course it does deserve them all, best Metal Gear and stealth game imo. But only thing missing is the CE's "Phantom Episode".
I agree it's definitely the greatest opening ever. Just so well done showing how we awake from coma and slowly learn to walk again, with so realistic movements.
Beautifully mind-blowing and shocking. Truly made us feel Big Boss' pain and confusion.
Yeah I hate it when gotta avoid 99% of websites for remaining days, because some scumbags keep spoiling.
This isn't fair :(... Its like release dates don't matter at all anymore.
Sucks that it gets out so early in half of the world, because of money greedy maggots and the rest of us have to wait.
Should at least respect the developers etc more by following the actual date, but everyone wants to play it asap...
I'm gonna find who does this and then I'll pull the trigger.
Maybe they should release future games 1 month later...
How do I sound like 12 year old, because I'm not. Imo your reply sounds a bit childish.
He hasn't paid attention if he thinks MGS4 is the most poorly written game ever.
I think the writer is just seeking attention after all the MGSV reviews. I'd like to know what he thinks of MGS3.
The writer should stop playing video games. Kojima's games are very unique and amazing, even story wise, which you don't often see in game industry...
It's the reason why so many love them.
Lot of hate in this dude, I bet he never even understood the games.
If you check out MGS games metacritics from the years, they have always been high. If I remember correctly MGS2 had 96/100. Kojima always do masterpieces :).
Another perfect score, amazing!
It felt like experiencing my amazing childhood again with Metal Gear games when watched this... I will miss MGS too dammit T___T !
Me too, but thanks to those b*stards who complained a billion times, Kojima changed it. There are some in MGSV, but they're pretty scattered.
