Chill man, there is the best part of a decade ahead of us filled with brilliant games and you are already judging the consoles by their launch line-ups (which in my opinion are pretty strong for both consoles).
I actually don't think it is, its pretty good tech and its been used in some really interesting ways.....
....but i just don't see the appeal for gaming, at least not "hardcore" games anyway. Unless a kinect game is developed that has the same kind of control and freedom that you have with a controller (which i highly doubt, given the limitations) then i for one am not interested.
Beyond Two Souls and GTA5 are two reasons to sill care about current gen.
