The issue isn't posting the gameplay, the issue is being dumb enough to get caught by going online or revealing your gamertag.

Im not saying they don't have the right to play it but it should seem pretty obvious not to go online while playing a game that doesn't come out until next week. If you are stupid enough to do so then you deserve the ban.
Yep, a beautiful breed of dog, unfortunately they are seen as "trophy" dogs over here in the UK and people have them to show off and appear "gangsta".

Its not aiming for real world, some elements are but i dont think causing mayhem in the streets with a tank is "aiming for real world".
Its not a care bear feature, would you really like to complete a mission and then have your reward taken from you while you are on your way to deposit the money at an ATM? Plus, its OPTIONAL, if you want the thrill of someone being able to rob your money off of you then that's your choice.
