Stay in matchmaking playlists, coming first is obviously where the big bucks are. I take a luxury SUV (usually the one which resembles a Hummer H2) every in game day to Los Santos Customs, those 2 things together have made me 155k over the past few days.
Don't play with randomers. Its best to play with a group of friends so you know you don't have to worry about being killed.

Although i did find TLOU to be incredibly detailed(especially the facial animations), GTA5 is above anything else i have ever seen when it comes to detail (sweat on the back on your shirt when cycling or running, water only soaking your clothes up to the point your clothes were in the water, rumble strips on the road, people taking photos of your car if you have an awesome car, NPC's flipping you off if you cut them up, you can hear the engine of your vehicle ticking and popping after you...
Lol,no. The deciding punch is the lower price point and power advantage of the PS4 in my opinion.
Just lost mine too, but it's because i cant connect to the servers. As soon as i can, i imagine i will be able to see my character again. So best advice is NOT to make a new character because it will save over it. Sit tight and be patient and load up the online every now and again to see if you are re connected the the R* servers.
Play with friends. I never play with strangers because all they seem to do is try and kill you which is a boring way to play in my opinion. The only time i ever see players other than my friends is in matchmaking.
Best tip i have is 'be good' at the game. If you stay in a matchmaking playlist and come first most of the time you will earn loads of money.
Also remember to sell a luxury SUV once every in- game day to Los Santos Customs for a nice profit.

Im sorry but i disagree. Do you genuinely believe even R* could anticipate world record breaking numbers for an online game? Even more than Black Ops 1. I don't think so. I remember the night i bought Black Ops and i went home to play it and saw that there were 4 million people playing at the same moment i was. I thought that would never be beaten.
