Exactly this. Like i said, its so easy for gamers to sit behind their screens and have entitled rants when they actually know NO nothing about the situation.

Hot cakes is one thing, but Call Of Duty beating numbers is another. How could any company prepare for that? Let alone one that is a novice compared to the MP giants like CoD and BF.
Of course they did. Think about it, what would you rather have....a game that's good but could have done with a little more polish or a more polished,well rounded game with less kinks to iron out?
Easy choice for me. And besides, its only a few months delay. Theres plenty of other games to play while you wait.
I can't remember any AAA game having a smooth launch, they mostly have their fair share of bugs/exploits/glitches and hacks.
Criticized? Of course! EVERYTHING should be criticized as well as praised.
Burned at the stake like some people seem to want? No.
But many gamers are, they don't know what it takes to deal with such record breaking stresses. They just see the surface issues with little to no knowledge and proceed to have entitled rants even though they were TOLD to expect problems. Its easy to whine and moan when you have no real idea about what's going on the developers end of things. Who am i going to listen to, a developer that's been there and done that or some whining, entitled, 1st world problems brat?

Id say they are as big as each other. I mean, people have been playing as Michael Ironside's Sam Fisher for YEARS, now its been replaced with some generic military sounding voice.
But yeah i do agree the gameplay is a massive issue too. Stealth has taken a back seat over action in some ways.

I will. Even so, ive never been one to complain when a game gets delayed. The longer the stewing the better the flavour. Provided its not stewing for too long, lol.
PS4- a Leopard, strong, fast and intelligent.

Never had a problem using YouTube walkthroughs, i don't see that changing next gen either.
Even when it can be used for graphical features, its not going to be what people think it is. It wont be some magical feature that can produce super detailed textures and character models.
