This is talking about full blown remasters, not just playing the old games on your future console. Touched up, higher res, higher fps, better lighting etc etc.

If i would have been caught shouting and swearing in my room when i was a kid the same way i have heard them on Call Of Duty i would have been smacked into next week. It makes me question the quality of parenting these kids have.

Sometimes we take videogames for granted, when you look at a game like TLOU and how much it drips with quality, you realise how lucky you are to be able to play videogames. Some people don't have this luxury.
Overrated? That's your opinion, but i haven't played anything quite like it. Watch the making of TLOU and you will appreciate it even more. The amount of work that goes into these games is amazing.
I agree, i guess that's the trouble of having such a hugely popular game. Everyone jumps on board, the casuals along with the vets. Glad i play with friends and not with randomers/casuals.

You know, it really doesn't. Certainly not "drastically". Is it easier on the eyes?Yes. Does it make aiming easier? Yes. But its definitely not a drastic change. A good game will have good gameplay regardless if its 30fps or 60fps. Stop with the hyperbole.
As a matter of fact 2 of my closest friends have PC's capable of maxing out every game currently released. Ive played games at 60fps on both of their PC's and i still don't think it HAS to be implemented in all games. Skyrim was just damn weird in 60fps, hated it. It was too smooth and didn't have the same cinematic feel when a dragon swooped down.
