I don't think you understand what the problem is......
They have taken PC footage and passed it off as Xbox One footage (see the Xbox logo top right). That shows that MS aren't even confident in their version of BF4 enough to show it running in a trailer, thus, how are their customers supposed to be confident in their purcahse if the company they are buying it from isn't?

As i said below, showing footage of unfinished map is only going to damage your image even further than it already has been. I mean...WHY would they do that? Surely they know that the ball isn't their court lately when it comes to visual comparisons against the PS4....this just seems really counter productive.
So even if that is an unfinished map, it still has the same effect on MS rep, especially to the masses who watched that footage and have no idea that they are watc...
If what you say is true, then that is INCREDIBLY stupid of MS to show that footage. Considering the truckload of bad news and the bad rep that MS has lately, to show an unfinished map with textures not loading is as i said....stupid, and only harms MS rep even further.
