Another company buying capcom's ips doesn't necessarily mean that they are going to do anything smart with them.
Look at what happened to RARE. All of it's IPs went straight to nowhere and even if they do use the ips they arent' the same cuz when the company goes on sale they people usually bounce as well.

Very well said, And I would say that this is the case more-so than some other systems which just "catch-on" quick because of a fad.

I think the most overrated franchise out there goes to Half-life. And I say this as a person who likes Half-life and is currently replaying Half-life 2.

There is a ton of great shooters out there, I love shooters actually. Which is why instead of crying about call of duty changing I actually buy other games that are already different and have amazing gameplay as well. Killzone is incredible.

Good blog. I actually have not paid 60 bucks for a game in years, I can't remember the last time I did actually. There is little incentive for me to do so really. Any game that I play today and is a great game will still be great 6-8 months down the line especially if it's singleplayer.

Wow the 3ds is kicking serious mobile booty. I currently have a vita and I love it and now that those new shinny pokemon 3ds xls are coming out I'm thinking of getting one too.
I played Zelda on the 3ds some time ago and fell in love with it, great system. Hopefully the vita also picks up some of the sales it deserves as well, these systems are too awesome and should be out there to fulfill their intended duties even if the "annalists" think otherwise.

PC's will always be more powerful than consoles. There is no denying that.
