In order to use the PSN network you have to update and agree to the Agreement. Sony didn't actually go to anyone's house and put a gun on their head to update the damn thing. THE USER has the option of UPDATING or NOT, case closed so stop your crying.
I said before after the disaster that was modern warfare 2 and the Infinity Ward Fiasco that I'd never buy an Activision game again. If I ever do I'll do so as used. If bungie signed a deal with the devil to get into gamer's wallets that's their problem, Activision isn't getting into mine on principle alone.
Hell I mostly don't even buy games new cuz they are too expensive anyways. To a lot of people Gamestop is evil but they are also a blessing, I'd much rather give my money to gamestop than greedy publishers who still are intent on giving you less and making you pay more. Only games I've bought brand new are Sony games and Bioware Games.

And Pachter is right, IMO Sony needs to be way more aggressive in the handheld market. Hell if I were sony I would of came out with a Non-Hackable PSP right after the first one came out just as a DS lite came out quick after the original DS. Second, they need to market the psp as a Multimedia Playstation Device in which people can see their movies and have great audio capabilities instead of just a me too game machine.

Your correct on a lot of your points about the service itself. The wii itself has sold more consoles than the 360 and ps3 combined. There is no excuse for the shovelware these guys are hoping people will buy. Their plan backfired because they thought that since most people who buy wii games are casuals then they could push low budget/quality titles on them and NOW people associate the Nintendo brand of software as quality and are afraid of buying anything else.
