whats wrong with a bit of challenge? i dont think the souls game need a casual lick of paint in them. i mean the original demon souls sold a hell of a lot more than it was forecast to and i really believe its due to the challenging nature of it. The uniqueness of that challenge that seems to have vanished over the years of casualisation of games.

dark souls is definately easier than demon souls. at least to me. having said that i prefer dark souls for its open world play and story. and also just cause its easier than demon souls doesnt make it an "easy" game. still got my ass handed to me through most of it.
i would love more games in the series but i wont welcome an easy mode. if the option is given to me i wont take it anyway as i absolutely adored the challenge im both games and i definately wouldnt take...
agree on better story, fatalities and so on but in terms of characters and gameplay Street fighter all the way. Street fighter alpha 3 is my favourite fighter of all time

throughout the video i was thinking to myself no way in hell the ps3 hardware would display visuals like that.

i like fighters as much as the next guy, and as "goofy" as mortal kombat may seem to you, it certainly re won my heart with its latest release. imo a fantastic fighter with ALOT of Kontent! graphics were awesome moves were OTT and fatalaties and xrays were also pretty cool. there is space in my gaming library for serious fighters as well as mortal kombat.

although i agree it looks kind of underwhelming and the wii u controls dont look to add anything specatuclar yet, it is still obvioulsy early to critizise. ill reserve a more accurate judgement till i get my hands on it
well i for one will agree slightly with what you say
however its not my fault. the spoilt leak was constantly in my face. i avoided the article talking about the leaked characters but there were others who posted the entire leak list in other PSABR articles. i think others have spoilt the character reveals for me.
having said that i hope there will be more characters out there for us. the more the merrier. so far so good!
thing that has been holding me back at the moment is the pricey memory cards, i dont want to by the 4 or 8 gig. hoping a drop in card price will be announced soon or a bundle with a hefty memory card included
and of course dcuo.
i think alot of the bigger multiplat developers know quite a lot about next gen consoles.
kojimas fox engine is said to be able to scale to next gen. i dont think they would say that if they didnt know a thing or two about the hardware coming out in the future. i wouldnt be suprised if many developers that are not first party are already developing stuff with next gen in mind
