That's normal. Current gen consoles and the VIta didn't have them either on launch day until weeks after. Some experienced app issues when it released.
I love Indie games; they keep the balance and diversity in the portfolio. Not all are great but I think that's why some people see them in a negative light. Keep supporting them Sony because I would love to see old 8-32 bit remakes.

I can't see why they wouldn't on a special Horizon edition since I think it's too great of an opportunity to pass up.
The reveal was fine but it didn't interest me, so I feel that I wasn't the targeted audience; that's my "hate."
If the Switch does sell, I think it'll get most if it's support will be from indies, and Japan region since the Vita and 3DS has a lot of support from there.
