The best way to do it imo is to wait until the middle or end of the gen and buy them when they are super cheap.Doing it his way costs to much and is like throwing money away.I mean buy way more new games than I can play of too,but this is ridiculous at $60 bucks a pop.Most of those games will be worth $2 to $5 at most in just a few years.Just noticed most if not all those games are unopened that seems like even more of a waste of money.
Funny me too I came so close to buying DP,and HMC more than once, and something also kept me from getting Injustice so next month is a perfect storm of games for me!
Funny I remember them saying "all the money for making people pay for PS Plus in order to pay games online on PS4 would be put into making the network better" and clearly that isn't happening,and the Plus offerings have greatly declined to boot.$ony is quickly turning into M$!It's like the movie Trading Places.lol
The last Kmart near me is closing in January.I think they slowly closing all of them,they started with the ones they owed the land they were on and now none are safe from shutting down .They never kept up with the times,Going in the one by me has felt like I got in a time machine for the last 15 years or so.
Diddy Kong Racing had some great Christmas themed tracks.Also Twisted metal 1 and the newest PS3 game where you can run down mall Santa's trying to cross the road!lol
I remember the only way to play Christmas Nights was to rent it at Blockbuster video,one of the Clay Fighter games was the same way.But I think I will pick up a $10 PSN card and download it for PS3 tomorrow!I don't remember if I ever played it or just looked at the box so many times I that I feel like I have.lol
All I got so far was a Thank you email that gave me an ugly day one early adopter aka "SUCKER" back ground/gamer tag and some other useless stuff like that.All it did was make me think of the $500 I spent at launch only to see them drop Kinect a few months later after saying they never would and before it had been a year its $350 with a $60 game included thats $222 less with sales tax included!I will never buy a system at launch ever again.And its not just xbox the Wii U price dropp...
Got the bundle yesterday and the controller is exactly the same as the old GC ones,I don't know why people who got there hands on one early were saying the plastic felt cheaper and lighter.Its just brand new thus not as smooth from hundreds of hours of play over the past decade or so.I ordered an orange spice one off Amazon last week because of worry over of this.No big deal as I always wanted an O.S one but wouldn't have bothered had I known the truth.
I hope they add 8 player online down the road because it's not 1997 to 2001"the N64 days" anymore when I still had 4 let alone 8 people over to play games,In the immortal words of Tupac Shakur"Better Dayz".All the folks I grew up with moved away or have lives now,me not so much.lol
I have high speed internet and am on hour 2 of downloading with likely an hour to go.I was going to play tonight but now I am to tired and will be going to sleep instead.lol
I agree with you that these boxes suck,but the bigger box is more eye catching sitting on a store shelf and likely why they keep them bigger than the disc its self.Plus it makes for less space for rival systems games,and harder for someone to steal.I still remember when CD's came in those huge cardboard boxes and the first PS1 games in those big jewel cases.lol
Smash 3ds had the same thing also.And you can see the code without removing the cover just open the case a little past all the way open and and the paper will flex enough and you will be able to see the code through the hole they have to save on plastic.

I just picked up Lego City Undercover new on Craigslist for $20 a few day's ago and am a couple of hour's in,damn fine game so far and also Earthbound is my favorite game of all time I still have the SNES cart from back in the day,if you like it as much as I do you should also get Mother 3 I got a copy for the GBA on Amazon with the English fan translation from a seller named Franko's games for like $40 and it is legit work's great and is living up to the hype!But I would say ...
A great game! I have never been much for sports games but sometimes the arcade ones hook me.Spent many an hour on this one and still own it and WG 98 which s a little improved but mostly the same great game with updated rosters which don't mean much now.lol This may inspire me to dig out the old N64 hit the ice tonight!

Would have got Mario tennis but when you add it to your cart it says you can't get it shipped,and it tells you to do store pick up,then won't let you do that ether.lol
Mario Kart can sell full price for years DLC or not.But I guess anything is posable these days,they did give away a free game download for the first few months it was out,but I kind of thought of that as a way of them making up for the early price drop on the system for early adopters as well as getting new sales.
I don't think so,but it's only $12 for 16 tracks and 8 new racers.I payed for it a few days ago and can't wait.Also picked up Demons Crest which they just added,well worth the $8,I had never got to play it before due to the fact it go's for $100 plus on Amazon.
Just bring your receipt back to back to GS and have them ring it up again with the new deal the manager should allow it unless he/she is a dick.I do it all the time when things change price or they have a buy 2 get one free sale.Plus anything bought between now and Christmas can be returned by 1-15-15.They should be able to do it without you even bringing back the system.
