Not sure why this is news when MS already made it clear they are releasing their titles multiplat from now on.
That’s big cap right there.
I have PS Plus and never use it, yet I’ve recently purchased both Doom and Indiana Jones.
I’m no XBOX fan but for consumers there is no comparing the two services. Don’t care what the devs think.
Enshittification is an actual word. Learned something new. 😂
It is what it is. Be it insulting or the kindest words possible, the matter of jobs being lost won’t change.
This is all semantics. I really don’t think those let go give a s#!t about anything he has to say right now.
Well what can one expect when you get all of the games “free” through GamePass?
I’m surprised this hasn’t been happening on a quarterly basis at XBOX, because ain’t no way they are making great profit with the Game Pass model.
I may give it another try again.
I recall having this large load riding around on my bike when I got attacked by that mud monster. Of course I dropped the load. After killing the monster I struggled to balance the load again and just gave up in frustration. 😂
I’m curious to know if playing the first one is necessary before playing this, because I just couldn’t get into that one.
A lot of that has to do with availability of consoles. You couldn’t find a launch PS4 after the first 3 days for a while. PS5 even more so.
I’m not saying this to take anything away from Nintendo, I’m only saying they came with more consoles to start. If there were 1.5M PS4s in North America at launch they likely would have all been sold immediately. So the launch record is a bit skewed there.
The story in Doom is completely unnecessary however the action is the best of the series. I’d have given it a solid 8.
This could be interesting because it’s not like ER had a story that could be messed up by Hollywood. Basically they can take it any direction they choose.
I seriously doubt that kids are going to be upset after unwrapping digital codes for a game they wanted. 😂
Besides the digital age is their era not ours.
Why are you concerned over how others choose to spend their money?
Everyone knows about GamePass by now without your constant advertising. It’s still lags the competition as a service for a reason.
Oh it is inevitable at this point.
You’re right. The consumers must speak with their wallets and not buy, because once you’ve become accustomed to the increase it will remain the norm.
A price increase on hardware more than 4 years old is insane. What is going on?
I understand holding the current price longer instead of the typical price drops by now, but an increase might be the nail in the coffin. By most accounts these consoles were not selling all that well to begin with.
Can’t argue that point.
Isn’t this why everyone says that competition is needed? If the PlayStation doesn’t have XBOX to compete with they are free to do whatever they please.
I’m not saying it’s right or wrong, but I agree with his point.
Finding out that you can skip the combat tells me all that I needed to know about this game. It’s not for me. I hope many that do play, enjoys it.
I haven’t seen the magazine in years, but they were my top site for game reviews.
Those movies were extremely sadistic.
I was curious about this when first revealed.
Doubt they can sue for any reward, but they definitely can cease it from ever releasing.
