It does, but all trailers are the same. They're not the quality you see running on your system. Take the Orangebox trailers, for instance... The game really looks amazing on the xbox 360, but when you see the trailers it's easy to dismiss it. These trailers are placeholders if anything. They're there to get the point across and convey what is needed. The quality is super compressed and just looks off in 99.9% of them. Oblivion trailers, anyone? How about Resistance trailers? My game looks...
Ps3, easily... More for your money. It offers "reletively" the same experience for the consumer as the xbox 360, but then furthers that promise on games by allowing blu-ray playback, online access, free online gaming, music and picture streaming, O.S. support, custom HDD upgrades and so much more. Ps3 is easily, at 400 bucks, above and beyond the value of the xbox 360 and certainly the wii.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn. Fact remains, I have yet to see an xbox 360 game that looks as good as Motorstorm, Lair, R&CFTOD and to a lesser extent Heavenly Sword and to a greater extent Uncharted. So... I'm going to go ahead and disagree with this SLOP DONG on the principal of what my eyes tell me. Sorry.
What some you you believers fail to see is this... Blu-ray has a security method. HD-dvd, does not. As long as Sony and the Ps3 are viable forms of media/entertainment... Not matter how low the demand, Blu-ray is always going to be here. That is fact. It's not a question of but.. but... anything. Hd-dvd cannot offer the same security blanket. What you see is what you get and the price drops only show 1 thing... "liquidation"

Yeah, I got the game early and already reviewed, and beat it... Fantastic addition to your ps3 library, for sure. Just don't go expecting epic length here, folks. This is one of the shortest games you'll ever lay thru. I'm partial to Warhawk and Resistance online, so I still haven't touched my COD4 online, but even so... I highly recommend the game for the Ps3. I cannot say for the xbox 360, of course... cause I'm a huge Sony fanboy "ha"
But jsut wait until next week when the xbox 360's sales come flying in and they show a one up on the ps3. You'll preach them like the bible.
Of course he thinks that... What a SMACK & POON DART all the same. When, in reality, it's not a better value at all. I can get a ps3 for 400 bucks that allows me to play blu-rays, upscale dvds, run Linux and multiple emulators, browse the internet, online game for free... import/export pics and music..., upgrade my hdd to the size and brand of hdd I want, edit video and stream hd movies to the hdd using Tversity and, ontop of all of that, play ps1 and ps3 games...

So, basically Universal is being SMACKS about the format war... That's nice. I just own't support Universal now. Fine with me. I mean, look at it this way... Blu-ray "as of right now" has this biggest install and fan base and consumer base. < Notice I said "RIGHT NOW" Universal obviously doesn't care about 64% of the market, cause that's what the ratio is to HD-dvd right now ... 64%, that leads me to believe Universal only cares about the big pay off and not the cons...
Sony didn't need to wait. The tech was there and those who wanted it, got it. Sony's job is done on that end, they have to attract the casuals now and the only way they can do that is buy the 3 following things.
1 - Games
2 - Affordable Price point
3 - Advertising

I don't want to buy a damn console every 4 years and that's what Microsoft is wanting everyone to do... The xbox 3 will be out in 2009, bank it... I hope Nintendo and Sony stick to 6 year plans. Nintendo go cut short last gen, which was a bummer cause I seen the cube with so much potential. < A shame, really.
I've always been super excited about MAss Effect, but it just isn't my kind of game in the end. I don't own a 360 and probably never will. The system doesn't interest me in the least, but this game has a great chance to become an incredible franchise.... I'm going to miss out on it and that sucks, but as I said, it's just not my kind of game. I believe it's going to be too expansive and long for me. I like games from 6 to 12 hours and that's pushing it. This will probably be about 20 hour...
None of this matters... I'm so sick of seeing sales... For all systems. I'd like to see some damn games worth the cost of these 400 and 600 dollar machines, myself. R&C, Resistance, Oblivion are great reasons to own Ps3 <for me anyways, but they're nothing that couldn't have been done on last gen hardware with tamed down graphics. I want to see the promise of these systems come out, not sales. I care less about sales right now. I don't care if Ps3 is number 1 or 60... If it don'...
Man, that 1st part was boring... All he wanted to do was sit on the roof. Fun~ Anyways, I've heard ps3 has the better version "graphically" but then I seen some xbox 360 vids and hafta say it looks amazing too. It's gonna be one of those things, I believe, that if you don't have a tv with both hooked up side by side, you don't tell the difference.
