MS should offer Skype on PS4 in exchange for Sony's cut on Blu-Ray discs for XB1.
They aren't talking about selling it off, but rather having it be a stand-alone entity. It would probably provide more creative freedom, however I don't think MS does this, as they want to get into as many homes as possible to create a whole environment with their different products, and so the Xbox plays the part of the Trojan horse.
It may end up being bunk, but can you imagine if they did confirm dual gpu's? The internet would break!
