*sigh* Pandemic was one of my favorite developers ever just because all of their games were great "guilty pleasure" games.
One thing pisses me off, though: "What happened to fair and balanced?" Oh, they did not. NEVER try that crap. Politics and video games do not mix well.
My question is what happened to Mattias and those other guys (Mattias was the only one I ever played and can remember)? Instead, they stick in random dudes and chicks. ...
Well, didn't everyone figure this out a long time ago?
"The twist you didn’t see coming: Roach and Ghost get betrayed by Shepherd." I don't know about everyone else, but I really saw that coming. There was just the aura of that part of the mission that felt like betrayal. And I was RIGHT!
As for BioShock, I feel that should've been #1. KOTOR gave hints with the memories while BioShock just flung that shit in your face and was about as harsh as finding out you're adopted.
That's bullshit. I know a lot of high-school kids and none of them do that crap. Except staying up later but everyone does that for different reasons. I do it because I'm a reviewer and I have, what do you call them, DEADLINES? I swear to God, though, that kid saying "games..." was probably retarded or something, not a zombie. If he's a zombie, then I'm John F. Kennedy!
I'd say it is. Decided to go split-screen with my dad yesterday, chucked it across Nuketown and watched it bounce around in the yellow house before it flat-out hit him in the side of the head. One-hit kill with no effort. Cool, but overpowered.
Zork. Yeah, just type in "ZORK" and there you go.
Looks good but one thing pisses me off.
In the song "They Don't Care About Us", one of the lines is: kick me, kike me, don't you wrong or right me.
Now, the video changes it so it won't be offensive by saying "kick me, kick me". Best said in the words of the Bullshit Man: "And that's BULLSHIT."
Uwe Boll. *shudders*
This is Attack of the Fanboy all over again. For an immensely late MW2 review, here it is in its entirety.
"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is an outstanding game. The controls are very easy to use and the player can do what it wants to do if you want you want to throw your grenade you can do it without any interruptions, the running is very smooth in case you want to escape from a heavy battle which you know you’re going to die. Although the shooting is a little overdone...
"Also the Xbox 360 console starts at just 199.99." What? No, it doesn't. It's as much as a PS3. $299.99. Dumbass.
This list shows games with great gameplay, but the thing that bother me is that the guy who posted this was some kind of graphics-whore. "Look at the screens above and see why the game's so good". Sorry, but that kinda rubs me the wrong way.
The only game I disagree on this list that has fantastic gameplay is God of War 3. The entire trilogy just seemed... boring to me, but that's just my opinion. I'm happy everyone else likes it but I've never been ...
I've played and beaten all parts of it, but I feel Half-Life 1 was just a better game. So I disagree.
This is my FAVORITES list, NOT my "best ever" list.
1. Halo Combat Evolved (Will and always be one of the best, if not my #1 favorite shooter ever.
2. Half-Life (The original because the base game is just awesome)
3. Bioshock (One of the most atmoshperic games ever with one of the best game worlds ever equals fuckin' awesome.)
4. Killzone 2 (Slower-paced but just as action-packed as... that famous FPS game. You know which one I'm talk...
For some reason, this list pissed me off and I have NO idea why. Meh.
Man, I always thought of an epic battle between Serious Sam and Duke Nukem. We now have that in sales. I don't know who's better, to be honest.
"Every FPS title in the last 10 years"
and
"I haven't tried the new Medal of Honor"
Stupidest thing ever. You know how much money you'd need? About as much as Activision made from CoD: BO on Day 1.
Why not get North to play Drake? I'd pick Fillion over Wahlberg any day, but I think North deserves the role just because HE'S Drake and he kinda looks like him. You know... cause they modeled Drake after him?

Damn... damn... damn damn!
Come on, we already knew this. As soon as Microsoft said "Project Natal" back in 2009, we all knew they were going to fuck it up. At least I did. Sony, even with their motion-based peripheral, they're still making ACTUAL games, not like that Kinect crap.
Yep. And @At Nyc_Gamer... yep.
