I would bet that Sony fails due to their financial situation vs MS than the other way around. It just seems much more realistic. MS has invested the kind of money into the X1 game development that Sony can only dream about. This time MS has the exclusives which includes a few much needed new IP's with more to come.
This generation is a complete reversal from last and it will work out the same; but, in Microsoft's favor mostly due to the above reasons.
A variety of quality games where? What's out on the PS4 right now? KZ, Resogun some indies and a few PC multiplats? I definitely don't see a variety of quality games.
The PS4 hype train will slow down considerably when more X1 exclusives start rolling out. X1 has the most exclusives including new IP's. People will soon get sick of all the indie games and old milked IP's on the PS4.

Money was spent contracts were signed. If people who hate the Xbox brand so much want to play it then they can buy the PC version. If that isn't good enough then it sucks to be them. fanboys are foolish dumb asses.

With Sony's junk status credit it's more likely that they'll be the first to be leaving.
I would bet that if anyone else made that game it wouldn't get half the praise and accolades.
It will be MS that spits out the all the exclusives this time around. Sony can't afford it and I think that's why they're heavily promoting indie games this gen. Disagree all you want but when the games start coming people who don't yet own an X1 will buy one. A lot of people hated on the PS3 at the beginning of last gen but as soon as the games started coming people put their hate aside and rushed out to buy one despite the $200 difference. You all know it! It's all down ...
I lost much time racing online in PGR3. I hope they dump the race calendar system that was used in PGR4 though and revert back to the system that was used in PGR3. I hated being forced to do a certain competition rather than choosing what I wanted to do first. I didn't finish PGR4 because of this it just burned me out.
No, Games like Project CARS and Assetto Corsa are sim Grand Turismo and Forza less so.
Yeah and most are Indies. Now remove all those indie titles and multi-plats and we can see just how poor the PS4's lineup of games is compared to the X1.
MS has dropped $1 billion on game development for the X1 while Sony talks up indies because they have nothing else except the same old; Uncharted, Infamous etc.. milk. Yeah, MS has it's share of milk to but to their credit they've added a lot of new IP's on top of that.

The game definitely looks good from what I've seen.
Signed up for beta got invite downloaded the game and can't play. I went to the forums and other people are in the same boat. Some even say that they've missed back to back beta invites do to issues with the game. So I just deleted it; I'm more interested in Wildstar anyway.
Anyone who says that the X1 isn't doing very well are trolling. Compared to the launch 360 the X1 is doing great. I believe that all the PS4 hype will eventually settle then it will be all about the games and I feel that MS has the serious upper hand here. Sony may have a huge stable of indie titles but people don't drop a few hundred bucks on a brand new console for those.
