This is all sad because the issue is no way near as bad as people are making out. Less than 1% of people have got dead consoles. The rest are lying xbox fanboys. This was bound to happen to try turn people off buying the console. Happened with the PS3 also. 1080p in a racing game isn't that impressive.. Making a racing game that feels nex-gen is.. No racing game for the last few years has made me pick it up and say "wow this is amazing I gotta have this!".
What annoys me the most is its still got XMB backend. They will not get rid of XMB... After all the complaints about it.. Its a horrible system.
Still same amount of consoles. The only reason its less countries is server restrictions and regulations on bundling Kinect. Not only have Sony made the right decisions MS have been arrogant. Early on in console news this really hurt MS as they thought they could do restrictive DRM and everybody would just accept it. Even now forcing Kinect on people and still forcing for Live compared to what you get for PS+ just shows there arrogance going into this next generation. They have the power to win the next generation they are just too greedy to do so.

@pixelsword LOL PCs don't need more than 2GB GDDR5. The only reason the consoles need 8gb is it runs the OS off that RAM as well as the games. A PC offsets that on your system RAM. Most PC users has 8GB RAM for the system so you get 2GB DEDICATED to the game. in consoles you pretty much never get that as OS and game are sharing the GDDR5 (DDR3 in Xbones case). More proof (if we needed it) why PCs are better as this RAM adds a massive boost and the price will be the same as DDR3 (maybe not so much at launch but within a few months).

They never got the chance because when they announced the console and at E3 they told people there would be no sit downs like in previous years.. They declined 90% of press events and left people like Major Nelson who didnt have all the facts to deal with questions. I mean the guy knows his stuff but wasn't clued up at all about the console. The proof was when he came out saying they couldn't switch off the DRM and it was there to stay. A week later they got rid of it.
All I can say is oh dear MS using a driving game?? I'm sorry but GT5 was 1080p on the PS3.. Showing how much power you need for 1080p on driving games. If Forza didn't get 1080p then I would be seriously worried..
