They bought a dead company and no doubt for there old server farms etc. As buying new costs a lot and since the company dead Sony would have got for PEANUTS. You xbox fans always assume the worst to attack Sony because they sell more consoles its sad really. They also have a server farm in the UK so now Sony can easily move to Europe.
They bought them as they no doubt got all there servers and tech extremely cheap and since there based in California they will have a server farm set up there for there streaming service to make it faster and more reliable. So everybody wins.
Scalebound gameplay is a must I feel that game hasn't shown anything people talking about it like its going to be a AAA exclusive yet we have seen nothing. easily be the biggest release?? I'll give you two reasons it won't be. The definition of biggest release for starters means it will either sell the most or get the highest score. I bet it won't do either. COD will easily sell the most purely because its trash but people buy it every single year like sheep and as for score we have already had some great games but feel there are games like Witcher 3, MGS5 and Batman that could beat it out especially if the beta is anything to go by....
Yep they were like we got caught taking a short cut to get you that 60fps you wanted. People want 60fps but then moan when minor graphic changes are made to get it. You can't bloody win with the graphics moaners these days. They want 1080p 60fps and graphics that blow there minds. Not realising it's really not possible to get all 3 on the systems right now in most genres but it won't stop them moaning about it..
Well we can't say we didn't see it coming but MS don't really seem to care about Europe outside of the UK they only really concentrate on 2 places the US and the UK. This is probably because if they put as much money into advertising in other countries they wouldn't be able to keep there consoles as low price. We all say these numbers don't matter yet we do care as we visit this post.. Not only that they are the only numbers we get. We know MS are inflated somewhat thanks to them not releasing actual sold through numbers but until npd is released we dont get real numbers and lets be honest MS hasn't released NPD of the console since launch (except black friday week) as it's only managed to outsell the ps4 for 1 week (also black friday week).

They could release it for an extra £50 and still make more money than they are making on current console as the difference between a 500gb and a 2tb is around £50 to us but of course to Sony the difference would be around £40 buying them in mass bulk. Maybe thats a way of keeping the console at current price this year?? Increase the HDD size to 2TB at E3 and keep the same price instead of dropping it. They could probably source the HDD for a lot less.
They may cost money but 500gb is easily enough to get you going. It will get you around 10 full games no problem at a time. As you can easily remove and re-install them. Also HDDs aren't that expensive to be honest. The bigger issue is that 1gb Sony gives you for save game storage.. Its a joke as most games these days take a minimum of 50mb PER SAVE. Meaning 20 saves and its gone... So if you want to transfer all your saves to a new HDD you gotta back them up manually, if you forget they ...
This is IGN unless your a big publisher like activision or EA they wont give you premium scores. They have survived as one of the biggest sites on the web by upping review scores for a price. If you don't pay you get a down graded score. It never used to be this way but IGN sold out a long time ago and fairly shortly into the ps3/360 generation. shame as it had the potential to be a massive open world burnout type game just held back by UBISOFT in a horrible year for them. I feel a sequel could fix all the issues and finally make them a game worth buying.
adding the ability to play at 60fps doesnt make the game any better no matter what the egos on here at n4g tell you. It makes a game more enjoyable to play when first playing but doesnt take away from the overall experience when you play. So if you already played on PS3/360 you will probably get a lesser experience playing for a second time because your not playing the first time.

Buys more DLC and timed exclusives. Same as the other CEOs. Like with Tomb raider and Division DLC. In fact hes done nothing better than Don Mattrick who jumped shipped to be fair.
But fans love him because he brings them exclusive content even if it is timed. The rest of the stuff like Halo etc.. was coming before he was and was first party anyway so doubt he would have had anything to do with that really.
They have the right people in now how so?? Last generation they had 50% of the marketshare outside of the wii. This generation putting the wiiu aside once again they have only 35% of the market share and dropping (11 of 30 million consoles).
Last gen they tried to bring PC and Xbox together with shadowrun and Window Live for gamers (which they charged for and failed with). This gen instead there porting some of there biggest hits like Fable and Halo to PC instead of leaving ...
Indeed we still havnt got Bloodbourne and China launch numbers in there yet..
They dont need more power than current gen nor achievements. They do need to sure up the net though and make it on par with ps4/xbox one. The net also needs to be account based rather than console based like xbox and playstation is meaning once i get a new console i can easily transfer my stuff over. As for the droughts only other publishers can do something about that and Nintendo I fear are going to have to work hard to get them back on board.
