I call it "The COD effect" its been affecting more and more games lately.
The game is pretty sweet but i think them not adding battle recorder was missed opportunity and also some offline modes with bots would have been nice.
So true. I believe whats really killing the Japanese market as of late has been there terrible business choices and practices, lack of innovation with their games coupled with bad narrative and story telling.
This gen is all about Call Of Duty, kinect, Guitar Hero and Dance Revolution, That alone is enough to make any gen better than this one.

The game is pop garbage now, its as "casual" as the word itself. There's nothing unique or innovative about the game anymore, just lazy devs cashing in on popularity.

That is the one thing i always liked about Xbox Live are the chat options, Sony seriously needs to step it up with PSN because what they have right now is OK but not great.

Are you serous? You would much rather pay for a service that offers other free services at a price? And other than cross voice chat i don't see what Live does better than PSN excpet shove a bunch of adds in your face i mean have you seen the new dashboard its just a big wall of adds and sad part is you pay for that service. As for playing online you do know most games are peer to peer and if they do use servers Microsoft has nothing to do with them because the publishers are the one's...
Why would anyone buy this when its so clearly just the left overs from FF13 repackaged as a full priced game. Ill just wait until drops in price to check it out.
How about just make it free to play like idk all the other systems but if they did that than they would have to take the $ out of M$.
That's what all the real fans of the game have been waiting for but I doubt it will happen. As for the next COD I don't see what else they can add/do to the game what hasn't already been done, except maybe add a new ENGINE! <__< but I doubt that will also happen, so the next COD is probably going to be more of the same crap we as gamers have come to expect from the series. like i said before COD will continue to get worse every year with little to no improvements. MW3 is a joke its so easy to get kills in that game that its not even fun anymore and i just end up feeling bad for the other team. I mean they dumbed it down so much that even a 6 year old can play COD and own its ridiculous. There's absolutely no skill required to play MW3, just sit in the corner unload on the other teams spawn and even if your not being a D bag like that its still way to easy. ...
