What a great system. It even managed to pre-date fanboys. Those were the days.
Game of the decade everyone, Princess Debut: The Royal Ball. The standard has been raised.
without Jesus or Moses.
DVD looks great, but then you play on a 52 inch 1080p flat panel playing the Dark Knight on Blu-ray and see that adequate never equals exceptional.
DVD gets the job done, Blu-ray does the job much better.
Correct, an upscaled DVD just doesn't look as good as the real HD film on Blu-ray. The process of upscaling is basically guess work on the part of the machine. With millions of guesses even machines make mistakes and the discerning eye can tell the difference.
Ur right, bro. Comedies and dramas are no more dramatic or funny in HD. Only the visual blockbusters warrant HD and for them I am willing to spend the extra money. 300 on Blu was mind-blowing.
Stealth killing evil dudes as a hot chick? yes please!!
HAHAHAHAHA!!! Now i get what he meant. Read the second and third pages, buddy. ROTFLMFAO!

Uncharted achieved new industry standards in Music, voicework, character animations, storytelling and loading.
I gotta agree. A lot of good Sony Titles (not a Fanboy, I game on all 3 current gen systems) really have gone underrated over the last six months. Its a crying shame. At least articles like this try and buoy game sales for the overlooked.
Here here, though, for original games!
I LOVED Dead Rising and was excited to see what Capcom would to via the Wii controls (acting out various Zombie executions, anyone?) Sadly, the controls were bad and so were the visuals. Plus, some of it didn't make sense. Grenade dropping parrots? What the hell?
Nothing is worse than a bad port.
Some may raise some controversy, but I have to agree. A lot of people were looking forward to these titles that ended up not being worth the money. The Pitt was not what I had been hoping for.
It normally sucks to have the version of a game that is not seeing the same love from the developer as on other platforms. If the DLC sucks though, it might not be so bad!
Bethesda is an awesome company and Fallout 3 was great fun, but both expansions so far have been major let-downs. Why is meeting a deadline so important if the quality of the work is poor?
The article is NOT ABOUT SALES. It doesn't even mention sales. It is strictly a second examination of Killzone 2 now that hype has worn off.
Turns out, it really is just a good game.
I think it would be pretty awesome to browse the internet without having to leave my 360. I wouldn't mind a little more info on 360's upcoming releases either. I hate watching all of Sony's title for months and then being left in suspense of 360's gaming response.
This is what the industry needs. More sites, and gamers, recognizing that we can all game in peace. The consoles CAN do well together.
There is something unbelievably satisfying about rampaging through the streets and checking your kill number after each bout.
