Exactly. Intentionally misleading is name of the game for MS.
Just like Tomb Raider and Dead Rising 4. They are both coming to PS4. But MS tried to muddy the water as much as possible.
Sony showed us games and why you want to own PS4 to play those games.
MS basically showed us that all the games are on PC and how you dont need their console.
To alot of people Scorpio or Slim isnt appealing.
Despite how some fans are kicking and screaming, having all games available to PC lower Xbox appeal SIGNIFICANTLY.
There are three types of gamers that buy console:
1. gamers that hate PC
2. Gamers that are neutral to PC
3. Gamers that already own PC. (over 100 million btw)
MS just removed a major reason for market 2 and 3 to buy their console. Xbox now appeals...

Most games do not run 1080P on Xbox.
Almost all games 99% runs 1080P on PS4.

There is no value proposition to owning Xbox One anymore. With the those combo, you will get to play almost everygame.
As a PC - PS4 gamer, it was great.
I have given my Xbox One to my brother a year ago and was considering buying another.
Here comes MS and tells me I have no reason to buy it. I can enjoy all the games I want with what I currently have. PC- PS4 combo will be unbeatable for time to come.
Xbox is offering almost no exclusives. It really reduces the consoles value proposition.
