Probably now Nintendo goes full Mobile, making a mobile console as powerful as PS4, by that time PS4 portable is possible and Xbox is a cloud service.

Nier Automata should use Unreal Engine 4! The environment is dry, yet the concept art very juicy and refreshing. Seriously, Platinum Games' Scalebound, Kingdom Hearts 3, Dragon Quest XI, all use Unreal Engine 4!

Many Final Fantasy titles are Open-World, That's why it Got Airship, to travel the Open World. Technically, Square Enix probably need to buy Avalanche Studio, to get the Open-World technical know-how for max PS4 graphics.
