Can't see why anyone would disagree. Sony has gone from never charging for online to saying "who didn't see it comimg" to now matching it with Xbox live... All this without matching the features and benefits.

The only joke here is your misguided comment. Everyone knows what ps now is and the list of games playable do include Playstation exclusives... Not the ones released on ps4. Not yet. But yes to the others released on ps3 which are far better and superior to anything that's released on ps4 as of yet.

PSnow is a streaming subscription service that allows the subscriber to play ps3 games. Maybe older? Im not sure.
PSnow has not been announced as being available only till the end of this gen.
We can safely assume that ps now will continue for further generations unless announced by sony that it will not.
