I'd be happier playing the game.

I think ND is aware that gamers will bitch and moan if no multi-player so they spend time on it.
Personally I wish they just focused on single-player but I understand why they spend time on the online.

This is a game to buy that what I got from it.
I hope gamers who don't have the PlayStation put aside their preferences and buy this game. It is clearly worth it.

It makes me sad to think of other developers who put their heart and soul into a project but it ends up being ignored by the majority of players.

I think the game simply needs polish. The combat has great potential but needs more polish and so does the way your character moves in the world around him. Feels a little off but otherwise looks to be a promisiing ONimusha successorr.
fyi the game plays nothing like a souls game. Difficult does not = souls.

MS has so many IPs they could resurrect successfully. Killer Instinct isn't doing badly at all for instance.
How many games multi-player change dramatically?? Uncharted hasn't..cod hasn't...halo hasn't...assassins creed hasn't...this guy just doesn't like gears period. Just like I don't like assassins creed or cod
I'm talking mainly about how the player controls the character shooting etc...it has stayed the same for all mentioned games...game modes have obviously changed.

Bloodborne introduced easy mode to the souls games and dark souls 3 is now the easiest souls game because of bloodborne.
I'll always bloodborne as the game that brought easy mode to souls. It does have cooler weapons in my opinion.
Naught dogs games like other games I'm sure is a good source of inspiration for developers depending on what they want to achieve.
If I want to make an awesome racing game I may not look at naughty dog for inspiration....yet. who knows.
