Fears of War 3 much?
360 is already dead last in Japan and Europe, thats the reality as well.
there are many instances MS copying Sony
PS2 used DVD first, then Xbox did it
PS2 Eyetoy, then Kinect
PS1 Grand Turismo, then Forza
PS2 was the first console that can be settled both horizontally and vertically
PS1 first dual analog stick controller
PS1 first console that can play movies
well... u got the picture.
how about give us DLC, i'm willing to pay $$$ for some extra levels to help paying for the server
i think Greenburg should LOL at himself first if he's laughing about fake numbers now.
yep, octopus is smarter than most bots.
well, lowballing their competition has always been MS's marketing tactic, which, doesn't really work btw.
you know, as bad as how i think Kinect is, i still want to give it a try, afterall, i've bought an 360 and occasionally play it. BUT the $150 price tag really put me off.
well, MS would run out of those 500M eventually, right?
is that where those 500M dollars went?
guess anybody with a computer can become a journalist nowaday...
not even Halo can save Kinect
Halo = harcore
Kinect = casual
hardcore =/= casual
Kinect =/= Halo
ya, McDonald's spent millions marketing their cheeseburger, so it must tastes better. it sells, but it also tastes like shit.
Sony is already doing alot more than MS to sell Move, look at the support Sony gave to Move vs Kinect.
all you guys have are half-assed mini-games, while we got full blown hardcore support for Move like on Killzone 3, GT 5, Heavy Rain, Infamous 2, Uncharted 3, MAG and alot more, adding on 3-D gaming. ya, good luck playing Kinect.
even if they tried, it will be too late. everyone will think this Kinect thing is a failure already by then. its a lose-lose situation. same as Blu-ray drive for 360, its just too late now.
just like what they say in every other reviews:
1) inaccurate in motion tracking
2) need plenty space to function properly
3) problems with voice recognition
4) dashboard gimmick gets old quick
5) launch games are all aiming at the casual market and leave out their core audience
seems like no reviews said Kinect can work as it should without any problems
or.. you are the controller with another controller
sometimes, i wonder why MS keep putting their foot in their mouth
thats M$'s marketing dollars working for ya
Good review, i agree with you mostly, except that i still feel like its a over-priced piece of shit like the rest of the 360 peripherals even after playing it at a few gatherings. oh well, at least you got it for 50 bucks only.
