hey, this game is only like a straight line, you spent 66 hours on it? did you complete all the side missions (the only good part of the game IMHO)? i'm 68 hrs in, and 83% completed btw.
i kind of agree with this article. the game is way too linear for many of us hardcore gamers here for sure. the story short, i finished it in 40 hrs which i think they can definitely expand a whole lot more. they cut alot of stuffs, like no exploring in the city, just straight paths after straight paths, then the graphics will make any PS3 players feel like its been washed out, and so on... i'd give this game a 7, an 8 is too generous.
because of one thing: no physical botton and no physical feedback whatsoever. come on, how can you play any decent hardcore gaming on that thing? holding a gun in air and pretending you are shooting at something simply would not cut it. seems like it relies too much on the users to use their own imagination, much like reading a book without any words in it...
it's official, FF13 on the 3sh*tty is crap!!
so that means in order for MS to make an equal version with the PS3, they would be forced to use 15 discs and packaged the game with a shoe box, LOL
did they forget to mention the 360 disc scratching issue? MS could have swiped the competition and got a 5/5. LOL

i just finished playing my import japanese version, the CGI cutscenes are georgeous, too bad the in-game graphics got gimped by the 360, even demon's soul has better in-game graphics than FF13, which is pretty sad. MS really screwed up this time.
i don't mind the 360 is bring competition to Sony, but what i DO mind is how the 360 gimping alot of games dragging down the PS3 along with it.

cheap plastic, no wi-fi out of the box, not battery charger, have to pay for live otherwise XBL is pretty much useless, loud noise, only absolute Sony haters would prefer it.

however, the reveiws you read from sites like IGN and Gamespot, aren't they written by one person and based on that one person's opinion as well?
the story is ok, not same calibur as FF7, or FF8. my main beef is there's no cool main villian like Sephiroth. and you won't remember beating any cool bosses after playing the whole game. and then the game is really too short. seems like they cut out alot of stuffs in the city exploring part. the infrasture is there, but i guess they just ran out of space to develop upon it (damn DVD). everything feels like been halved or sth. even the open world part of the map is very small, you don't reall...
