Did he ever stop to think people might be happy at this news because they never got the chance to play these games back when they were released. But can now buy brand new HD copies of them?

I was disappointed in ME2 at first, I wasn't a fan of all the changes either. But after a while I realized the game was great fun on it's own right. ME1 and ME2 are both great games, but I prefer ME1 personally, I like the complexity and non linearity, over a more robust shooting mechanic.
KOTOR was even better than both ME's though, one of if not the best RPG's ever I think. Everyone should play it at least once.

Oddworld was brilliant, best 2D platformer I've ever played. The beautiful artwork and the great puzzles mixed into the gameplay made it a very memmorable experiance.
But the fact is 3D platformers can just do so much more, and do things better than 2D platformers can.
Stop being blinded by nostalgia already please.
2D platformers and Mario are overrated.
Ratchet & Clank and Jak & Daxter are still the best platformers ever. With R&C2 and Jak 2 being the high points in both series.
Some other fantastic platformers would be Spyro the Dragon, Crash Bandicoot, Lego Star Wars, and to some small degree Uncharted, but that's more of an action adventure.

Specifically take notice of the last part, "Single player Narrative design". In that aspect GOW really succeeds. GOW is probably one of the best examples of a game that really succeeds in telling it's story through the gameplay and the players actions themselves. Instead of having several hours of long cuts...
So, according to you, I and every other GOW fan only likes Kratos and GOW's story, because we only ever play hack n slash games, we never watch films of quality and substance, and we never read anything other than fan fiction?

Seriously, what was good about Casino Royale? It was nothing like James Bond, and Craig was annoying as hell and Bond was utterly repulsive in the film.

Why make a Goldeney remake if you are going to use Danial Craig and his new Bond style? It's just pointless and will ruin it.
I still hate the new Bond, it's generic action man shit. I hope Goldeneye retains the classic bond feel. They really should still use Pierce Brosnan.
That's Ironic. I see the ME series as one you would keep because once all three are released you can replay through them all multiple times seeing how much the changes effect each successive game.

Crash 1-3, then CART Racing.
Jak 1-3, then COMBAT Racing.
Uncharted 1-3, then ??? Racing. Who knows what genre, maybe they will invent something entirely new. Maybe it will be something similar to what Motorstorm is doing. But I'm betting my money on an Uncharted Racing spin off sometime in the future.
This looks fantastic and I'd love if this was the PSP's swan song! Then the 3rd portable game would be on the PSP2. :D
This game looks fantastic. I love that we are going to Atlantis as well. Ever since I saw it on GOW2's beta footage I've wanted to go there. I hope at one point we visit Sparta as well. They really should finally visit Kratos's home town in this game.
Sony won E3 with this for me. I want this so bad. Jak and Haven City look fantastic in HD! XD

Snake Eater never needed a 3D camera. It's perfectly fine and playable without it. The camera is great and leads to some spectacular views with the scenery.

When has a proposed big announcement ever been big? It's obviously quite small so they want to drum up attention for it so it's not overlooked. Otherwise they'd just spit it out strait away.
Since this is from Capcom I'm not expecting much more than an Iphone port of one of their games.
