Every company takes royalties. Microids is complaining that Sony didn't let their games come out on PS2 in the US. Sony didn't allow it cos they though the game wouldn't sell well, and they were probably right.
Points 1, 2, and 5 are undeniable. But points 3 and 4 are personal opinion really, some will like it, some won't.
@1.3 - 100k sales are very good for a movie that has already been released on disc months ago. Also it's a demo, not a full game.
I'm personally wondering whether the FF7 PS3 is selling well, I would be surprised if it isn't.

@1.2 - No you are thinking about the wrong scene. The first one with the woman crying and pointing a gun to the camera is the bonus scene. Also they did this to show a concept of the game, before the game development even started. How were they concealing the gameplay? There is leaked footage of Heavy Rain release months ago, with gameplay and in-engine footage.
Team ICO's game will be coming 2010, it may be announced at E3, but I doubt it, probably at TGS.
I don't care how much it sold, as long as I got a great game, nothing else matters really does it? Or do you guys seriously think WiiSports is the best game ever because it has sold the most?
Lol you guys are so sad, the game did well it sold over 600K in a month basically (including the last two days of February). Considering the difference in install base between 360 and PS3, I think that is really good.
Good to see more people enjoying the game, Killzone 2 is a fantastic game, anyone who hasn't got a PS3 is seriously missing out. (in before - "my friend has a PS3 and I played KZ2 and it is crap because I only have a 360 :(" LMAO)
@1.33 - I agree dude, I always install even if it is optional on PS3. On 360 I don't install anything because I only got a 20GB HDD, and only 7 GB is left on it :(
i wonder how much this DLC needs to turn over a profit for MS. If we say 25 mil for Rockstar for this one DLC, MS advertised the DLC for Rockstar, on top of that they pay bandwidth costs. Also I doubt MS is taking 100% of the money made, probably closer to 50% cut on each one. So lets say they get $10 for each DLC sold.

Yeah I agree, but I think inFamous won't appeal to many gamers simply because you aren't shooting anyone with a gun. I'm still gonna get it, it looks great.
