@mint - VGC revealed their numbers, they said 1.35 million sold, 1.25mil copies, and 100k PS3 bundles. Also they said the PS3, Wii and DS all got boosts up to the 200k unit mark.
@zeeshan - PS3 most likely for me, though depends on if there is any stock left as I can't be bothered preordering it. If there isn't any, I'll just get it on 360.
Great read, with factual evidence, don't usually see that on N4G. The funny thing is when the industry talks about "lackluster" PS3 game sales, PS3 owners don't care lol. Uncharted 2 sold 1 million at least (and will sell 2 million eventually if not already), 1 million sales was enough for them to cover their costs and get into a profit.
Who cares if it didn't sell 8 million? As long as they made a profit and can make Uncharted 3 I don't give a sh*t, Uncharted 2 is stil...

According to enterbrain, the PS3 just passed 4 million sales a week or two ago, so unless it sold 1 million in the past week, I doubt it will be at 5 million. Although it may sell a total of 1 million over the next few weeks.
I think this Sodium One thing is a great idea from Sony, it made me download and play Home again! The Salt Shooter is actually quite decent, the only thing I don't like is the fact that you go into the Sodium world, and then you have to go into separate games. It should have just been one open world.
Games that are Epic are awesome, they just have a much better story. Only Epic game I can think of though is God of War, damn that is an amazing series.

I actually said this when the demo came out for PS3 in Japan. The filesize for the videos was massive (and they still are). The 360 version won't lose data, but the videos may look slightly worse due to compression (as it will have to be compressed quite a bit).
As long as the gameplay experience is the same, that's all the matters though really.
@rockleex - The most expensive thing to replace is the Blu-Ray drive apparently, but most of the time it's the graphic chip or the PSU which cause the YLOD.
@kittenz - Exactly, the games that are overhyped get better review scores. Although some overhyped games deliver, I mean how can you give UC2 a 9 and live with yourself when the game won GOTY pretty much everywhere, and some don't.

Sodium One is pretty good, well the Salt Shooter that is open for free, dunno if I'd pay for it ever though. Imo, they should completely cover Home with ads (although some of it already is). That way they can keep most of it free.
I already paid for this fix once, if my PS3 YLODs again, no way am I going to pay again. I'm just gonna argue until they give me a free slim.

Edge have the worst review rating system in the world. Anything that actually deserves a high score get's an 8 e.g. PJ Shooter, anything that is hyped up to sh*t gets a 10 even if the game is crap.
They gave me a code for a theme :(, although I got a beta code from Gamespot.
I'm still pissed that they cancelled the other game they were making for Stargate (which looked much better). :(
