I'm tired of the small-increment upgrades. Screw the roster update. I'm trying 2k8 this year. My 2007 versions of Madden and NCAA will play just like the 2008 versions anyway. gCM
Don't get me wrong--I own 3 360s and love them all, but my kids got me a Wii for father's day and Wii Sports really rocks. My kids, myself and my wife were all wanting to play.
I can't wait for Bioshock, but the thought of hitting a Big Daddy with a Wii-style controller (not a Sony motion-sensor) is just too sweet. Also, the Wii web browser/news/weather should be included in the dashboard. Come on, M$, swallow some pride and deliver these (though I'm sure the Wii-style contr...
If you want it, pay the $ (which I will); otherwise go for the regular version. At least you have the choice. gCM
This thing will kick some major a$$---I'd really like to see a review of the game with and without flightstick. While I'd prefer cordless (who wouldn't?), I'm content to go with the cord-- I just hope my kids don't come running by and rip it out by accident. gCM
Hopefully it will be a flightstick with separate throttle, and well-made at that. Too much gaming goodness! gCM

Actually, M$ has quite a few now, including mini-golf, soltrio solitaire (even multiplayer), viva, the various board games (with more coming, I'm sure), Catan. There's quite a bit more than just sport games and shooters--but you have to look. My whole family (six of us, multiple 360s) plays our 360, on and off-line. To truly boost the family-friendly image and increase sales, they should include a few of the above-mentioned games in the box along with the price drop--and advertise it. gCM...
Why would they turn down the potential cash horde the 360 offers? While they'll score on the Wii, the much smaller market of the PS3 doesn't make a lot of sense, if they are actually in business to make $$$. gCM
The real meat in the game is in getting a car, winning some races to build your bank, and then modding the crap out of it with turbos, etc. The depth is sweet!! The demo didn't have any of this, unfortunately. Also, in the career mode you start off with a stock version of car, so it isn't too hard to learn the controls--then as you make your car faster, your skills are improved. Plus when you finish a race series, if you did well, they give you a car you can further mod and get in new races...
That would kill!!!!! Imagine the sweet multiplayer via XBL -- I'd buy it in a heartbeat, as ALL other 360 owners (don't lie--you know you would). gCM
Microsoft will have so much media attention that Sony will need to do something to draw attention away, in any way they can. They may have some new games yet unannounced they may drop or lower the price of the PS3, announce some new hardware, or any combination. Halo3 will likely sell some hardware--the question is how much; the media frenzy will be more free advertising for M$ (though they'll also be doing their own).
Really, "nothing to see here" -- as its common ...
They will want something hi-def to play on it, and the Wii won't satisfy, especially when the controller gimmick wears off. Now, if they came out with a hi-def version that was backward compatible, that might cause some issues. Otherwise, I can't see it going that long--folks will want some sweet hi-def graphics to go along with that tv and cable box. gCM
I'm a Tenchu fan and multiple co-op looks pretty sweet. I really want to play the demo first, as the reviews haven't been stellar. gCM
Darn it, M$--too much gaming goodness for hours in the day.. Oh how I love thee (XBOX360, not the corporation--that'd just be sick)... gCM
Just having the game in the drive show up is sweet, plus they added it so you can show blocked content on XBL-- that is great, as I use to have to disable that feature just so I could see what my kids shouldn't be able to download... I'm also excited to try out the messaging and background downloading.. Very cool.. gCM
I cannot wait to play chess online (and the others).. My wife will love the card games.. GREAT job, M$ --- they need to advertise that loud and proud to get the non-hardcore gamers interested. The chance to jump into a friendly game of these favorites will be great. Me, I'll play after Gears. Now just bring on Risk and Axis&Allies!! gCM
There's a tremendous potential there. I appreciate the diverse titles available, including Catan. M$, bring on more board games-- Risk, Axis & Allies, and something akin to the DS' Clubhouse Games (a single game that has quaint versions of chess and a ton of other games). If they did a version similar to Clubhouse games and included it with the system, moms and more non-gamers/casual gamers would snap the 360 up. With XBL, its shameful to not have a version of Risk or Axis & Alli...
I'll definitely pick up this gem. If M$ will ever get off their political butt and make 2k5 backward compatible, I'd buy that too. As for EA's football games this year, I'll be voting no with my wallet--too little innovation, etc. gCM
I'm so addicted to this game I need a clinic... Gotta feed the habit.. gCM
Sorry, just seems a little suspicious.. I'd like to see gamertags of all these alleged victims. Not saying it isn't happening, but I have many hours of Forza with no problems (on two of my 360s). gCM
