FF13 being multiplatform doesn't hurt the Ps3 because Japan is were RPG are king and it's exclusive in japan. Halo3 didn't break any records in Japan did it?
seriously, how can someone think M$ can redesign a hardware console faster than Sony? It's common since, Sony has been doing this for 15 years and has redesign the playstation hardware since ps1. Sony could of went the cheap route and not include wifi,bluetooth and charge to play multiplayer online but hey that's what make 360 great nickel and dime for every thing that should be free...how much are those themes?800 points($10) to change your gamertag? I don't see how you can stand by a compan...
but you mind 5 minute installs...I rather have 1 install and 1 disc anyday of the week.....I rather have reliable hardware than a peice of crap hardware but that is just me...3rd party games should be multiplatform because if they were exclusive to sony M$ would only have Halo...M$ promotes 3rd party multiplatform and Sony promote 1st party games...Gears3 and mass effect will be on PS3 and every 3rd party M$ game.. what does M$ 1st party have? nothing..You 360 fan shout multiplatform all day ...
I think FF13 when release in Japan will have more content, and better graphics. When FF13 gets release in US they will delete content from the PS3 version to be comparable to the 360 version and reduced the amount of disc's......If you think about it, how do you get Killzone2 to work on the 360, you cut back content. FF13 was built around the PS3 for the last 3 years so now they need to go back and make a muliplatform game...You heard it here first Japan will get the full ff13 and the US will...
All of M$ JRPG's have been multi disc. I think FF is known to be longer than most RPG's so if blue dragon used 3 discs, we can assume FF13 is going to be on multi disc. There is no way in hell with all the CGI on FF that it will be on one 7GB disc..
I wonder how much M$ paid for that because square is going to lose alot of potenial money so M$ has to cover. I guess there will be alot of people importing this game to the U.S. if you speak japanese since it's going to be years before the U.S. release
I might just get it since it's tactical action instead of turn base combact. That's why I don't like jrpg because of the turn base fights.

If M$ would of shown only exclusives it would of been over in 10 minutes. M$ needs 3rd party to make more than 80 percent of their conference. They showed 3 exclusives and only one of them is AAA gears of war 2 and that belongs to epic which we all know gears3 will be on PS3...M$ is smoke and mirrors and running around presenting multiplaform games as exclusives...get a brain
I watched M$ and Nintendo on g4..Nintendo put me to sleep what a boring conference it seemed like half the conference was talking about charts and graphs. It's good I guess for little kids 6 to 10 years old but I just don't see the wii as a mature gaming platform. It's like hannah montana she sells millions of cd's but it's all to little kids

Gears of war2 was the only aaa exclusive I saw yesterday, everything else was smoke and mirrors. They don't have a great 1st party lineup so they have to show more 3rd party multiplatform games to makeup their conference. I bet Sony show's more 1st party exclusive games than 3rd party multiplatform games. It's sad that 360 fans think that sony is dead because they gain a multiplatform title...wake up Sony still has the best 1st party lineup and it's going to take more than multiplatform game ...
Why do M$ and 360 fan boys consider every multiplatform game exclusive? It seems everytime you throw in a game list you only have multiplatform games in it. It's basically comes down to who has the better first party studio and M$ can't compete with Sony. Multiplatform are not system sellers exclusives are and Sony has 5 exclusives for every one of 360's. Just like year over year PS3 has out sold the 360 and that's a fact. Let's wait to see what Sony has to offer tommorow
I don't know why you people argue about the dumbest things. If you only have a 360 why do you care so much about what is going on with the PS3 and vice versa. I used to have a 360 and I thought it was a peice of crap and sold it. I have a PS3 and very happy with it and all it's features and could care less what the 360 has because I don't own one or intend on buying sloppy hardware

I think Sony made a big mistake. When socom confrontation was announced and it was stated that it would be like Socom2, I think everyone was excited but I think Sony kind of over did with the size of maps and 16vs16.. They should of left socom2 size maps with improved graphics and animation 8vs8....
Socom confrontation should of just been updated socom2 maps with nextgen graphics and improved animation. I don't see why they went out of their way to make these hugh maps 16vs16, when i think people just want socom2 style maps with 8vs8 and nextgen graphics. Gears2 will definitely sell 4 to 5 million. I hope they fix the lag and host shotgun.

I already finish cod4 and all the challenges and I started to get irritated with the lag and when the host leaves the game. You won't have to worry about host with socom.
