Sony learned a hard lesson with PS3, I dont think in anyway the arrogance will repeat itself. While MS is focusing on catching up to Sony, Sony is carefully planning and focusing on keeping and widening the lead they have. Advantage to Sony.
RE series could use a reboot, not a remastered.
yea, this is shocking...
Not mention the F2P titles Sony has lined up:

Chance for MS to catch up? Next to zero.
Just another reason to swap Xbox One to PS4, the awesome lineup of F2P games:

Why are all these PC Mustard Race people come in here arguing? the statement clearly refers to PS4, or more specifically, console releases. It's getting tiresome. Oh and Uncharted and TLOU will NEVER be released on PC, so there will be any possible direct comparison to be made that will "WIN" any argument.
Go back to your expensive PC gaming systems and play some game, that's a lot better for you.
Sure, most of them have in-game purchase to sustain their game, but not all of them require the purchase in order to progress in the game. I mean, whether the game is F2P or up-front purchase, they are all in the business to make money, do u think they are charity organizations?
In your case, this is NOT a cash grab and it's exactly what Sony wanted to do, entice players who either didnt have a PS3 last gen or didnt play the game to purchase a PS4.
There are numerous articles that Sony cited their own PSN data that there's enough ratio of players on PS4 who doesnt have TLOU data in their PSN activities log, hence it made sense for Sony to move forward with the remastered version.
I almost puked out my food from reading this article, lol.
OH, good luck with MS competing with all the top F2P titles coming to PS4:

yep, but if all the same list is for Xbox One they will be singing to a different tune. Pathetic.
Lost Planet 4, time exclusive on PS4.
Usually dislike his reviews and scores on games, but I am surprised he liked this game so much. Kudos to ND to have earned a tough reviewer's blessing for a perfect score.
I would have to say they are the best console only developers around, last gen and this gen (until proven otherwise).
Got a deal from newegg with pre-order and $5 gift card plus free shipping. Quality of the game was top notch, I didnt regret it. beats paying $15 indie game with graphics that I dont even care for. I dont need to mention gameplay because we all know MGS series have great gameplay.
Please explain how software can make up for hardware deficiencies, enlighten me. Better yet, please refute the info presented in this article:

To convey the emotional experience of the game, you need top notch actors and they don't come cheap. Since they already have a solid foundation of the script from the game, they just need a big budget to secure some top hollywood actors to play the part and get a proven director. If they are going to be cheap about it, of course it's going to fail.
Some good tips, but it most likely trying to bait you into buying the guide for the game...
Agree 100%, I know its tough just when Xbox One fans had something to boast about (better software update, REALLY!?), then TLOU remastered awesome reviews just dropped like a bomb on them. Then you get the article on F2P games with some close to AAA production quality, and they now have nothing to counter. Sometimes you just to admit defeat when it happens, just man up. What's worst is those pulling out the "PC" card trying to make PS4 look bad. I really dont care for the "...
