well, i think you can just downloade them to your ps3, and then transfer it to the vita. i did that with alot of games(rpgs) that are not on the usblog list of supportet pspgames..

last i heard was them thing about making psn/vita game or a pssuite game on "sony only" diveces(GDC)..
