just make a us account. add funds with a wallmart psnkode (its 20$ for 20$). you get the game, you pay less than in EU, and you can still play with eu people (when it comes).

still great new AAA/big ips coming this gen. like beyond two souls, dishonored and the last of us. and they will have a better time getting out of the gate, than new ips early in a new gen (like heavenly sword and folklore).
but yeah.. we all want new ips
disc 2?....? isent it only on one blueray? isent it one of the perks about this gen, no more 4disc final fantasy games? where you have to stop your experiens and change disc... ?
