I did not know that the SNES Mini comes with 2 controllers. That's awesome! The NES era for me was kind of magical. When the SNES was released I was gotten mostly into Amiga and PC. That said, you're right that the SNES games are technical superior ofcourse. I've come to play many of the SNES games included in the SNES mini on Virtual Console over the yrs. Earthbound is one of my all time favourites. Damnit, I have to say that Earthbound was the best experience I ever had with the...
What a rip off for us Wii U owners. Porting old games should not be the focus, but it's easy cash for shure..
I was talking about the SNES mini, not the Switch
Well, without Zelda, the Switch would have been a giant flop. It's overpriced and basically living off one title with the promise of very few AAA's yet. I'll probably buy it next year or the year thereafter.
Star Fox 2 is just to take the focus away from the lacking number of games. 21 games while the NES mini had 30.
Guys I just got mine. First of all, it's just a small light box of cheap plastic. Secondly the cables are so short it's a joke. I mean really. No PSU is bundled with it either. And thirdly, the unit I got was defective. Black screen, nothing. If this product wasn't officially made by nintendo, I believe it would get a rather lukewarm reception.
Photorealism was scheduled for Playstation 3.
I share your view. I am super happy with my 1080p TV. I marvel how good it looks from time to time, so I don't really see why I should replace it with a 4k. I still have a PS4 Pro though lol.
4k is fine and all, but Sony's got all the exclusives. Forza I can play on my PC.
As with the latter Nintendo platforms it seems like there will be a deluge of turd flying onto the Switch. Hopefully when I buy the console in about two years the shitstorm has subsided and I can reap some quality titles.
it took me under 10 seconds to hate mic.com. first the site tries to request desktop notifications, and then this massive intrusive fullscreen overlay just killed it. If I'd waited 5 more seconds my whole computer might have blown up. This shit needs to stop.
I'm done with the fucking virtual console. Sick of buying the same classics again on each new nintendo console. I want my previous bought games over! But the fucking lame network infrastructure has never allowed anything like that.
Absolutely ridiculous. No more than 720p, and 720p UPSCALED TO 1080p when docked.
It's clearly a he. But that doesn't matter. Politicians are scum regardless of their gender.
TBH The original looks better. Wonderboy looks like a girl in the remake.
According to Emily Rogers, the max resolution of the Switch is 720p
Reboots are easier to do because the foundation is already there. Also, the marketing has already been done as people know the franchise. So it's basically a shorter route to making more money.
Except for Mario and the palm leaves it looks like shit imo.
~70% of all new AAA games are broken on release, and some are never fixed. Why should we consumers tolerate this shit.
Awful camera, though
