Most computer games back in the day were inspired by coin-ops. Those games were so hard and designed to empty your wallet. While I do love myself a good ol' coin up, the result was that very few people actually got to experience the full game (I rarely got past the first few levels) without cheating.
Long before I knew what FPS was, I just enjoyed playing Nintendo games, because they had that fluidity to them that many other games lacked.
At least the PC couldn't match the PS5 loading times!

Short answer: If you have a Xbox One or base PS4: yes it's that bad.
If u have a high end PC it might be pretty decent.
Oh it's compatible with the pubic hair add-on. What a time to be alive. Since 99% of all protagonists in games now are female, this is a huge step forward.
