This is probably true, Sony was late getting there dev kits out.The first batch of Orbis kits went o developers that are working on exclusive launch titles. Insomniac is no longer a Sony first party their multiplat so they were left out in he cold.
ThE kz demo was all in engine running on a pc. There were no actual game play from the ps4 hardware.
