The unreal engine 3 had a rough start but as the developers have figured it out it is onenof the top engines in gaming. It's going to be interesting to see the developers lining up to use the frost bite engine.
I Like the concept but due to it's compactness the user can't chage out the graphics card and power supply. This could be a huge gamble to invest 1150.00 into this product because it may be obsolete in a year.
The 360 version looks slightly better than than the PC in dx9 mode. .....but the difference is night and day when the PC is running the game in dx11 mode.
I applaud the developer they have done excellent job on the 360 version and a testament that the console is capable of producing awesome games.

If they're worried about competition they should release it on PSN and on disc for the 360.
Exclusives aren't needed at the end of a console cycle. But why care for a ton of exclusives per year when they don't sell well and third party titles are far better and more entertaining.. If younlook at the triple A third party titles that are releasing this year and compare it to a list of first party titles it's a no brainier the third party list is far superior.
I was hoping they would do some type of variance gnu of Nvidia gtx 580.

For those wondering if the Wii U is next gen that answer is no. The Wii u was built to compete with the 360 and ps3 graphically the games will only look slightly better meaning better textures.
The game is stilling early development can't wait to see this at e3 when they've had more time to polishnit.
The 360 wins again showing it's superiority over it's competition. The developers did an excellent job on the 360 version.
I find this story hard to believe it's nothing but propaganda and fudd spreading.
Majority of thenpeople I know have 360s and want no parts of the ps3. they love the 360 online and don't mind paying the 60 bucks per year. I do mention to them that the ps3 on line is free and a ton of exclusives but those things doesn't matter to them. It's the entertainment value and enjooyment that counts.
I would say that it's an engine for next gen console....since xbox 720 dev kits are already out in the hands of developers (Crytek and EA).I'm excited to see more of this new engine at e3.
